For financial institutions exploring rapid digital change, the message was clear – AI is no longer optional.
Another panel examined the evolving role of Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Leaders such as Rajesh Menon of CrowdStrike and Krishna Kabra of Orange discussed how GCCs are expanding beyond traditional operational roles to become strategic hubs for AI innovation, analytics, and enterprise-wide transformation.
Healthcare also took centre stage in the discussions. Leaders, including Dr Manisha Bobabde of K J Somaiya Hospital and Sumit Puri of Prana Wellness, discussed how AI-powered diagnostics, predictive analytics, and hospital automation can help healthcare systems deliver more efficient and accessible care while maintaining strong governance and ethical data practices.
Strategy, Speed, and Workforce Readiness
Apart from industry transformation, the summit also focused on a critical question – how prepared are organisations for an AI-first future?
Discussions around enterprise strategy, featuring leaders such as Sivaraman Swaminathan of ContraMinds Labs and Derick Jose of Accenture, emphasised the importance of embedding AI into core business models rather than treating it as an isolated technology initiative.
At the same time, workforce development experts, including Rahul Molasi of Cipla and Anuta Das of KPMG, highlighted the growing need for workforce skilling in AI fluency, data literacy, critical thinking, and responsible AI governance.
The message resonated across sectors that the future workforce will not compete with AI but collaborate with it.
