Dr Marko Saravanja, founder and chairperson of Regenesys Education, has transformed his life from a monk and development worker to a successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author. Driven by a commitment to breaking barriers through education, he established Regenesys Education, offering holistic learning that nurtures intellectual, spiritual, and emotional growth. Marko’s vision has expanded Regenesys globally and inspired initiatives like EdForAll, My Wealth Investments, Dananda Talent, Healthi, and RegCafé. With a Ph.D. in Performance Management, he was a finalist in the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneurship Awards in 2009 and continues to help people unlock their potential.

Dr Penny Law co-founded Regenesys Education with Dr Marko Saravanja in 1998 and served as its first Dean. Holding a Master’s in the Psychology of Education from Wits and a Ph.D. in Spiritual Leadership from the University of the Western Cape, she has extensive experience consulting for global organisations and leading entrepreneurial ventures across three continents. Passionate about nurturing holistic leaders, Dr Law excels in strategic management, leadership development, and coaching, with a focus on guiding leaders to thrive in complexity and change.

 Dr Penny Law – Executive Director

William Vivian is a Founding Director at Regenesys, joining as a director and shareholder in 2001. With two master’s degrees from Wits in Public and Development Management and Clinical Psychology, he previously served as CEO in 2009 and 2010. Throughout his tenure, William has led business development, created strategic relationships, mentored new academics, and shaped Regenesys' strategic direction, contributing significantly to the institution's growth and impact.

Indherani Reddy, COO of the Regenesys Group and former Head of the Regenesys Foundation, is an expert in change management consultancy within the SAP and HR

sectors. With extensive experience in business and executive roles in JSC-listed organisations, she excels in building sustainable and profitable relationships globally. Indherani is also deeply aware of the challenges faced by women in business, having navigated these herself.

Shamitha Shetty is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience, leading South Africa’s fast-growing ed-tech firms Regenesys and Digital Regenesys, as well as founding One Plus Holidays Private Limited. Known for her strategic and creative approach, Shamitha fosters a forward-thinking mindset within her teams, continually setting new standards in ed-tech and redefining travel experiences.

Shamitha Shetty – Director: Global Sales

Linda is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in academic management, business development, and curriculum design and development. With over two decades of experience, Linda has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational growth. As the previous Director of Regenesys Nigeria, Linda aligned the South African business mission with the Nigerian subsidiary’s operations, ensuring cohesive and strategic business practices.
