It explains how nurses lead at the bedside and support patient care. Participants learn how to make decisions and manage responsibilities in fast-paced environments. The programme also covers education and training. It introduces the management of academic and learning programmes in nursing. Participants gain insight into supporting students and professional development. Health systems leadership is another focus area. The programme explains how nurses contribute to healthcare systems and policy. Participants learn how leadership supports service delivery and system improvement. Participants are introduced to managing change. The programme explains quality improvement and how to respond to challenges in healthcare environments.
