REGALIA ORDER FORM

Graduates of Regenesys must wear a black gown, a cap with a black tassel, and a required hood (belt).

Please take note that our canteen, Reg Café, will be open before and after the ceremony for the purchase of light meals and refreshments.

Please pick a date of attendance

All hired regalia must be returned within an hour after the end of the ceremony

No group photos will be allowed
One Guest per person only
