And quite an interesting variety to boot – Tai-Chi, Qigong Breathing, Pilates, Yoga, Stretching and Flexibility & HIIT. Whether you are in need of a relaxing “stress reducer” like Qigong breathing or something upbeat and intense like High Intensity Interval Training, we have got you covered.
