Most people ask whether an MBA is worth it, but that question is too broad to be useful. The better question is this: worth it for what? Some professionals want an immediate career boost. They want to move into management, earn more confidence in meetings, understand finance, lead teams better or position themselves for promotion. Others are thinking further ahead. They want to become executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, board members or strategic leaders who can shape organisations over many years. Both goals are valid. But they are not the same.<\/p>
