This foundational business management programme provides the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to start climbing the ladder in a broad range of industries. From honing your leadership and decision-making ability to learning the latest techniques for managing people and projects, a higher certificate in management can open doors to exciting new career opportunities.

Obtaining a Higher Certificate in Business Management can give you an advantage over your peers when it comes to job hunting, as well as equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the workplace. This programme will provide you with insights into the latest trends and technologies used by top companies. You will gain knowledge in financial management, customer service, product development, and marketing, and be able to demonstrate your proficiency in these areas

What does a Higher Certificate in Business Management entails?

This programme equips you with a foundational understanding of business management, emphasising practical knowledge so that by the time you graduate, you can apply the concepts you have learnt.

At Regenesys Business School you can pick from one of three higher certificate business management programmes – the generalist Higher Certificate in Business Management, or the specialised Higher Certificate in Business Management: Credit Banking and the Higher Certificate in Business Management: Retail Management.

Each higher certificate programme consists of six modules, and takes a year to complete. You will be required to complete a variety of assessments during the course of your studies, and must attain an aggregate of at least 50% for each module to earn your certificate.

What are the business management course requirements?

While the focus of each business management programme differs, the requirements to enrol in them are the same: they can be completed by anyone who has a national senior certificate and basic computer skills.

Successful completion of the HCBM programme opens the door to a bachelor’s degree via the business management courses at Regenesys Business School, specifically the Regenesys Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or – should you elect to continue on a specialised path – with a BBA in retail management or banking.
